1. Who we are

1.1 This website, exhibitionandexpozone.com, is run by Exhibition and Expo Zone (a partnership firm, GSTIN 07AALFE9950E1Z6), with its principal place of business at 2nd Floor, 28, Asola Extension, Khasra No. 393, Fateh Pur Beri, near Ekta Kunj Society, New Delhi, Delhi 110074. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean Exhibition and Expo Zone.

1.2 We organise business and lifestyle exhibitions. Our current event is the B2B Business Expo at Maaya Convention, Kondapur, Hyderabad on 7 and 8 December 2026, where brands exhibit at stalls and visitors attend with a paid visitor pass.

1.3 By using this website, buying a visitor pass or sending a stall enquiry, you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Using the website

2.1 Give us true and complete details. We may cancel a pass or ignore an enquiry made with false information.

2.2 Do not copy, scrape or misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or use it to send spam.

2.3 We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be error-free or online at all times. Visitor and exhibitor numbers shown for an upcoming event are our expectations, not guarantees.

3. Visitor passes

3.1 Price. A visitor pass costs ₹200 per person, per event. The price shown on the booking page is the full amount you pay.

3.2 What a pass is. One pass admits one person to the named event on every day of that event, during opening hours (for the Hyderabad B2B Business Expo: 7 and 8 December 2026, 11 AM – 8 PM).

3.3 How to buy. Choose the event and the number of people (up to 10 per booking), enter your details and pay the full amount on PhonePe's secure page by UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking.

3.4 When a pass is valid. A pass is issued only when PhonePe confirms the payment to us. You then see your passes on screen, each with its own QR code, and we email you a link to them. Until the payment is confirmed, no pass exists — even if the payment page was opened.

3.5 At the entrance. Show the QR code for each person. Each QR code is checked once per entry. Copies of the same pass used by different people will be refused. We may ask for photo ID if the name on a pass is in question.

3.6 Cancellations and refunds are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3.7 Right of admission. We and the venue reserve the right of admission. We may refuse entry, or ask anyone to leave, for safety, intoxication, abusive behaviour or breach of venue rules. Bags may be checked at the entrance.

3.8 Business at the stalls. Deals, orders and purchases at the expo are between you and the exhibitor. We do not sell the products or services shown at the stalls and are not responsible for their quality, price, warranty, delivery or any franchise or investment decision you make. Do your own checks before you sign or pay anything.

4. Stall enquiries and bookings

4.1 Enquiry only online. Stalls are not priced, sold or paid for on this website. The stall enquiry form only asks our team to contact you. Sending it is free and does not commit you or us to anything.

4.2 Booking a stall. Our team calls you, shares the floor plan, stall sizes, positions and prices, and books your stall with you. The price, what is included, set-up rules, payment method and cancellation terms are confirmed to you in writing before you pay, and form a separate agreement between you and us.

4.3 Permitted exhibits. Exhibitors may show only lawful products and services that match what they declared when booking. Counterfeit goods, and anything that needs a licence the exhibitor does not hold or that the venue does not allow, will be removed.

5. Photography and filming

5.1 We photograph and film our events for our website, social media and future marketing. By entering the venue you agree that you may appear in these images without payment.

5.2 If you do not want to be photographed, tell a team member at the registration desk or write to us afterwards and we will remove or blur the image where reasonably possible.

6. Liability

6.1 We organise the venue, layout, marketing and visitor programme. We do not guarantee any particular number of exhibitors or visitors, any business outcome, or that a particular exhibitor will attend.

6.2 To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from a visitor pass is limited to the amount you paid for it.

6.3 We are not liable for loss or theft of your belongings at the venue, or for indirect losses such as lost profit.

6.4 Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

7. Events outside our control

7.1 If an event cannot take place, or must be moved or shortened, because of events outside our reasonable control — including fire, flood, storm, epidemic, government or court orders, strikes, venue failure, power failure or riot — we will offer you entry to the rescheduled event or a full refund of your pass. We are not liable for any other loss.

8. Intellectual property

8.1 The Exhibition and Expo Zone name, logo, stripe mark, website design, text and photographs are ours or used with permission. Do not copy them without our written consent.

9. Privacy

9.1 How we handle your personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

10.1 We may update these terms. The version on the website when you buy a pass applies to that pass. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version.

11. Governing law and disputes

11.1 These terms are governed by the laws of India.

11.2 If you have a problem, write to us first at info@exhibitionandexpozone.com or on WhatsApp at +91 92118 61074 and give us 15 working days to resolve it.

11.3 Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
