About the visitor pass
How much is the visitor pass?
₹200 per person. That is the full amount you pay on PhonePe.
Is one pass valid for both days?
Yes. One pass lets one person in on 7th and 8th December, 11 AM – 8 PM.
How do I get my pass?
Pay online with UPI, a card or net banking through PhonePe. Your e-pass with a QR code opens on screen as soon as the payment is confirmed, and a copy is emailed to you. Show it on your phone at the entrance.
Can I book passes for my team?
Yes — up to 10 passes in one payment. Each person gets their own pass and QR code; add their names while booking.
Money left my account but I didn't get a pass. What now?
Don't pay again. We check every payment with PhonePe automatically, and the page updates itself if the bank is slow. If the payment failed, your bank returns the money — UPI usually by the next working day, cards and net banking in 5–7 working days. WhatsApp us your booking ID and we'll check it for you.
Can I cancel my pass?
Passes can't be cancelled once issued. If we cancel or postpone the expo, you get a full refund. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
